Teknika Plast goes public: 60 new machines for its Ambalaj 2 plant in Manisa
Teknika Plast, a maker of rigid plastic food packaging and industrial parts, opens its IPO on 12–14 August as a 25 million lira capital increase; part of the proceeds will go to its roughly 42 million euro Ambalaj 2 plant.

Teknika Plast, which produces in Manisa and Eskişehir, will collect demand on 12–14 August for its public offering approved in the SPK (Capital Markets Board) bulletin of 5 August 2026. The offering is a 25 million lira capital increase; issued capital rises from 100 million to 125 million lira. The share price is fixed at 85.40 lira.
The company works in two areas:
- Rigid plastic food packaging: yoghurt, cheese, ice cream, sauce, ready-meal and beverage packaging using IML (in-mould labelling) technology. Packaging is exported to more than 20 countries.
- Industrial plastic products: parts for white goods, automotive, logistics, electronics and mobility.
The stated uses of the proceeds include completing the Ambalaj 2 plant, reducing financial debt, strengthening working capital and evaluating new investments or acquisitions. The Ambalaj 2 plant in Manisa represents an investment of about 42 million euros and will commission 60 new machines.

What does this mean for a molder?
The news shows that thin-wall and IML packaging production in the domestic market still attracts machine investment. In this kind of work, cycle time and mould cooling directly set the unit cost; see our cycle time reduction checklist for your own jobs.
